In certain circumstances the promoter has a fixed number of rewards that they wish to give away. This can come about where there is a tie in with a third party. For example, Brand A gives Brand B one car as a prize in return for exposure on 10 million packs of crisps. A very simple mail in promotion is put together which involves Brand B’s consumers sending in their proof of purchase to enter. At a given date, the draw is made and one consumer wins the prize. At OneFee we can set up a handling address for you and arrange for an independent person to make the draw. On the face of it, in this circumstance, there would be no need for a fixed fee. However, both brands may decide that they would like to data capture all entrants for future mailings. In this case there is clearly risk involved as the cost of handling and data capture has to be multiplied by the number of applicants. In order to predetermine the cost, both brands could share a fixed fee cost from OneFee.
